1. Acceptance

By accessing xeretron.com or submitting an evaluation/contact form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the forms.

2. Who we are

Xeretron AI Server (“Xeretron”) is a product of Xerebria. We provide private AI node software, installation, and related services. Commercial terms for a paid deployment are set in a separate proposal, order, or contract.

3. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to the website, marketing materials, blogs, and pre-sales interactions (evaluations, demos, partner inquiries). They do not replace a signed customer agreement for installation, licenses, SLAs, or support.

4. Site use

• Use the site lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape aggressively, probe, or bypass security (including anti-bot controls).
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or third-party personal data in forms.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting evaluation.

5. Evaluations and quotes

Requesting an evaluation does not create an obligation to buy. Information on plans, throughput, hardware, or timelines is indicative unless confirmed in writing. We may decline or pause a request (e.g. incomplete data, misuse, or capacity limits).

6. Intellectual property

Site content (copy, design, logos, demos, documentation) is owned by Xeretron/Xerebria or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the site materials for commercial use without permission.

Models. Base models (Qwen, Gemma, GLM, etc.) remain under their upstream licenses. Xeretron derivatives ship with LICENSE/NOTICE files; you must comply with those terms when redistributing weights.

“Xeretron”, “CodiiX”, “XMail” and related marks are trademarks or distinctive signs of Xeretron/Xerebria.

7. Product and node operation

Once installed, the node runs on your infrastructure under your policies. You are responsible for lawful use of models, access control, retention, network exposure, and compliance in your organization. Xeretron does not claim ownership of your prompts, documents, or business data processed on your node.

8. No warranties on the website

The website is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy of marketing metrics, or fitness for a particular purpose based solely on public pages. Contractual warranties, if any, appear only in signed documents.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeretron/Xerebria are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on public materials. Liability related to paid services is governed by the applicable contract.

10. Third-party links and licenses

Links to Hugging Face, vendors, or partners are for convenience. Their terms apply to their services. Model-card metrics cited on our pages come from public upstream sources unless we state otherwise.

11. Privacy

Personal data submitted via the site is handled under the Privacy Policy, including cookies/local storage described there.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after publication means you have been informed of the new version.
