How we handle personal information when you visit xeretron.com, request an evaluation, or contact the Xeretron AI Server team.

Xeretron AI Server (“Xeretron,” “we,” “us”) provides software and installation for private AI nodes that run on the customer’s infrastructure. This policy describes personal data processing related to our website, contact forms, and commercial or technical communications.
Privacy contact: the evaluation form or the email we provide in our commercial reply.
Product (Xeretron node). Models, documents, chats, voice, and operational data you process on your own node remain under your organization’s control, on your machine or server. Xeretron does not use your node content for public training and does not sell it to third parties.
Website and pre-sales. This policy focuses on data you send through the web (evaluation, partners, blog) and minimal site telemetry. Data governance inside your node is defined by you (access, retention, network, and internal compliance).
Do not submit clinical data, confidential datasets, or third-party personal information through the form. That is handled only through an agreed channel after evaluation.
We do not sell contact lists or profile your identity for third-party advertising.
When you submit the evaluation form, you confirm that you authorize processing of the submitted information to receive a commercial and technical response. We may also process data needed for pre-contractual or contractual relationships and for legitimate interests in site security, within reasonable limits.
We keep leads and communications for as long as needed to manage the commercial conversation, agreed installation, and legal or claim-defense obligations. Local form drafts in your browser (if any) stay on your device until you clear them or site storage.
Your data may be accessed by Xeretron’s commercial/technical team and by providers that help us operate the site or leads panel (hosting, email, analytics), under instructions and with appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with advertisers.
If a deployment involves third parties (e.g. your local hardware vendor), they act under your contractual relationship—not as recipients of form data unless you involve them.
Xeretron serves organizations worldwide. Your contact data may be processed in countries where we or necessary providers operate infrastructure to respond to you. Where applicable, we use reasonable safeguards for the context.
The site may use local storage (e.g. form draft), technical cookies needed for security/session, and aggregated audience metrics. You can limit cookies in your browser; some features may be affected.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (TLS on the site, access controls to the panel, anti-bot checks on forms). No system is 100% secure; if you detect an incident involving us, contact us promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. access, correction, update, deletion, or objection rights under applicable data-protection laws), you may request to exercise them via the contact form, labeling the request “Privacy.” We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
The site and evaluation forms are intended for professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a minor submitted data to us, contact us to delete it.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the site after material changes means you have been informed of the new version published here.
